Once you have booked in with us and downloaded this app to your smartphone, you have full control of your mi-pad experience and are free to come and go as you please, with no physical check-ins or check-outs. You can adjust your room temperature and lighting, make sure you are not disturbed, or ask for your room to be serviced, all the while, enjoying full access to the hotel, 24 /7. Think of mia as your personal digital concierge and your smartphone as your room key.
